Last week Derek took Joshua with him to run errands and as bribery he bought him a little truck for being good. While they were in Best Buy the manager asked Joshua about his truck and Derek said he replied, "New truck." And that is it's name. New truck. Although we have added Daddy New Truck to emphasize that Daddy bought him the new truck. We were at the playground today and I had put it in his pocket so he wouldn't lose it and he went up to some 3 year olds and started 'talking' to them. I heard the phrase, "Daddy New truck in pocket". I'm so glad that he loves the things his dad gives him. And Derek loves it too. He said he has no problem bribing love from his son, especially since it gets such high regard!

It's not bribery, it's rewarding good behavior! :) Now doesn't that make you sound like a much better parent?!
Jacob can pretty much tell you 50 cars were bought by mommy for the same reason. :)
