Joshua is 3 today. Holy cow!! I actually took him somewhere to get his pictures taken this year. I thought he might be a little more cooperative...he was enough to get pictures!
As usual his vocabulary has increased a lot. He likes to tell me where we're going when we're driving in the car. I stupidly follow his directions, thinking that he knows where we're going and then stop listening to him after I drive in a circle. Other things he likes to tell me is that we are going to a friends house...even though we haven't been invited.
We're in the midst of potty training. Everything was going pretty well until we had our birthday party this weekend and we've regressed a bit, much to my frustration. But I am trying to practice patience...which is a feat for me!

what a handsome fella!! Wow, he's 3, that is unbelievable. It'll be fun to get all the boys together this summer/fall.
Your house is absolutely gorgeous whenever I see any photos. Hope we get to visit sometime.
it seems like he was just born! time flies with your own kids but even faster with your friends kids.
